To support our growth, we are looking for a Welder-Assembler passionate about well-done work and eager to contribute to the realization of unique projects for a diverse clientele. As part of the manufacturing team, you will participate in the assembly and welding of conveyors as well as various custom-designed mechanical structures. Your expertise will directly contribute to the quality and reliability of the equipment delivered to our clients.

Role and Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding work according to plans and technical specifications.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings and manufacturing plans with precision.
• Assemble and mount conveyors as well as various components and mechanical structures.
• Verify the conformity of parts and assemblies before delivery.
• Ensure quality work by adhering to safety standards, tolerances, and manufacturing standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize project execution.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing and assembly methods.

Desired Profile

• DEP in welding-assembly.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Good mastery of MIG and TIG welding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans.
• Strong attention to detail and rigor.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Autonomy, resourcefulness, and sense of responsibility.
