What Does This Role Entail?

As a Team Leader responsible for receiving goods at Princess Auto, you will create a pleasant, safe, and unique shopping experience for our customers. We call this experience Royal Service. You will typically spend your shift managing your service's Team Members to ensure tasks are completed and store planning is in place. You will respond to general customer and Team Member requests, provide product knowledge, and offer on-the-job training and development, maintain a safe and respectful work environment, and participate in active loss prevention process management. You will also participate in product marketing, maintain warehouse organization, ensure products are stored safely, and ensure stocks are accurately distributed.

As a retail store, we operate seven days a week, from morning until late at night. For this position, you will need to work approximately from 14:30 to 23:00.
