TICKETING ATTENDANT

For nearly 20 years, Le Balcon Cabaret Chic has been setting the heart of the Quartier des spectacles on fire with a unique formula that combines refined gastronomy, exceptional musical performances, and an elegant atmosphere in the magnificent heritage setting of the United Church St. James.
We are currently looking for an organized, dynamic, and passionate individual in customer service to become one of the first voices and smiles of the Le Balcon experience.
As a Ticketing Attendant, you will be responsible for assisting our clientele with their reservations while ensuring the smooth operation of the ticketing operations and certain essential administrative tasks.
TASKS
Ticketing and Customer Service
- Welcome customer requests by phone and email with professionalism and courtesy;
- Advise customers on our programming, packages, and services;
- Sell tickets and manage reservations via Ticketmaster;
- Handle ticket exchanges, date changes, and special requests according to established policies;
- Manage gift certificates, promotional programs, and loyalty cards;
- Keep reservation lists and customer files up to date;
- Produce daily ticketing reports and attendance tracking;
- Provide an exceptional customer experience, even in difficult situations.
Group Reservations and Corporate Events
- Collect information related to group and corporate event reservations;
- Ensure payment tracking and accuracy of transmitted information;
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth and memorable experience for groups.
Customer Survey Management
- Coordinate the sending of customer satisfaction surveys after events;
- Manage mailing lists and compile results;
- Produce summary reports for the management team.
Administrative Support
- Receive and route deliveries to relevant departments;
- Perform various administrative follow-ups, research, and data updates;
- Ensure the classification and archiving of digital documents;
- Participate in the dissemination of programming to our partners;
- Verify the accuracy of information published on various platforms;
- Contribute to the maintenance of office supply inventory;
- Support the team in various tasks related to daily operations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Hold a high school diploma (5th secondary studies);
- Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service and/or sales;
- Have experience operating a ticketing system;
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite;
- Have excellent French language skills and good knowledge of English;

WORK CONDITIONS
- Permanent, full-time and/or part-time position;
- Daytime hours, Tuesday to Saturday, in person;
- Salary to be discussed;
- Start date: as soon as possible.
