What you will do

As a Client Experience Associate, you will not only be the face of our branches but also a reflection of their personality and humanity. Client Experience Associates are primarily there to serve people and build genuine relationships with them. As an essential member of the Canadian Branch Network, your main objective will be to provide exceptional service to clients throughout their journey with us. To do this:

• You will adopt a proactive approach and active listening to identify and understand their needs;
• You will handle routine banking operations;
• You will cultivate fruitful and lasting relationships;
• You will contribute to branch goals by identifying and pursuing simple sales opportunities;
• You will leverage your technological expertise to introduce Scotiabank's mobile banking services to clients and help them manage their banking affairs.
