What You Will Accomplish with Us
As a Student - Content and Procedure Writer, HR Knowledge Portal, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities: Inventory existing content based on prioritized topics;
Collaborate with content experts to gather the necessary information for writing;
Select and structure relevant content to support the efficiency of the process or task;
Write clear, precise, and consistent knowledge and procedure articles for internal users, following the standards and templates established in SharePoint;
Ensure linguistic review, integration, and publication of knowledge articles in French and English.

We are looking for someone who:
Is currently studying in communication, translation, human resources, training, technical writing, or a related field;
Has experience in writing content and procedures;
Is recognized for their team spirit and collaboration;
Stand out for their writing and synthesis skills;
Demonstrates a sense of organization;
Shows analytical thinking;
Has advanced knowledge of the English language, as the person will be required to interact verbally and in writing with internal anglophone colleagues or partners across Canada and the United States, as well as write content in English on a daily basis;
Has mastery of writing and publishing tools in SharePoint (asset).
