Kitchen Staff

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with meal preparation, food handling, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and meal assembly according to recipes and quality standards
• Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene practices at all times
• Support kitchen staff with cooking, plating, and presentation of dishes
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, organized, and properly maintained
• Follow food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Help serve customers when needed, including taking orders and delivering food
• Maintain a positive attitude and work efficiently in a team environment
• Restock supplies and ingredients as necessary to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Experience

• Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food handling best practices is advantageous
• Experience with food safety standards within the food industry is a plus
• Previous kitchen experience or familiarity with the food industry will help in quickly adapting to the role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality
