We are looking for security patrol officers/dispatchers to fill positions for the QG Patrol located in Sherbrooke.
Hours: 24h/Week - Saturday and Sunday 0h00 to 12h00
Please note that our entire recruitment process is conducted remotely, so it is not necessary to come to our offices.

YOUR MISSION…
- Conduct preventive and surveillance patrols on client sites;
- Check the security of buildings, doors, windows, and equipment;
- Respond to intrusion, fire, or other reported incidents;
- Intervene in events requiring security presence;
- Write incident reports;
- Report any observed anomalies, dangerous situations, or violations;
- Ensure visible and professional presence to prevent criminal acts and vandalism;
- Collaborate with emergency services (police, firefighters, paramedics) when required;
- Receive and process service calls, alarms, and intervention requests;
- Distribute security resources according to operational priorities;
- Maintain constant radio and telephone contact with field agents;
- Monitor interventions and agent movements;
- Keep call logs, event records, and operational reports up to date;
- Provide information and directives to on-duty agents;
- Inform supervisors of critical or urgent situations;
- Ensure the transmission of instructions between shifts.
YOU HAVE
- Excellent observation and organizational skills;
- Good stress management;
- The ability to interact with a diverse clientele (in French and English);
- The ability to quickly intervene when needed;
- Comfortable with computers;
- 1 year of experience in security;
- A valid driver's license;
- A valid regular BSP license;
- A valid first aid certification (CNESST).
