House Cleaning and doin laundry like folding and ironing

Duties

• Perform comprehensive residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and surface polishing to ensure spotless living areas
• Manage laundry tasks efficiently by washing, drying, folding, ironing, and organizing clothes and linens with attention to detail
• Maintain an organized laundry area and cleaning supplies inventory for seamless workflow
• Follow specific client instructions to customize cleaning routines according to individual preferences
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
• Use cleaning tools and eco-friendly products safely and responsibly to promote a healthy environment
• Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards

Experience

• Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple tasks
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus for serving diverse clients
• Knowledge of proper laundry techniques including folding and ironing for various fabrics
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward customer service
