We are looking for an independent, organized, and versatile person, capable of evolving in an environment where priorities change rapidly and where multiple projects advance in parallel.

Within the Studio, you will work alongside a team of passionate creatives specializing in design, video production, and creative strategy. Together, you will contribute to developing marketing campaigns and tools for more than 11 brands and 60 clinics in Canada and the United States, in a collaborative environment where quality, innovation, and attention to detail are essential.

Your tasks at a glance

• Design visuals for multi-platform marketing campaigns (web, social media, emails, display, and printed materials).
• Develop and adapt creative concepts for multiple brands while respecting established guidelines.
• Produce visuals optimized for different digital channels.
• Website (CMS): Integrate and update content using existing templates.
• Emails: Integrate and update emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud using existing templates.
• Participate in the evolution of websites and landing pages.
• Actively use artificial intelligence tools in your creative processes (declinations, rapid iteration, concept exploration).
• Collaborate on video content production and their distribution by developing the necessary graphic elements and declinations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting sometimes very tight deadlines.

What makes you an excellent candidate

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design.
• Excellent mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Adobe XD).
• Regular use of artificial intelligence tools to accelerate and enrich creative processes.
• Good knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 applied to web and email content integration.
• Excellent understanding of the constraints of digital and print design.
• Very good knowledge of ergonomics, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
• Excellent management of priorities and multiple deadlines.
• Experience in creating content for social media, digital marketing, and printed applications.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Team spirit and collaborative attitude.
• You are bilingual (French and English) due to the need to communicate with unilingual English-speaking colleagues and suppliers across Canada.

A clear view of your strengths

• Knowledge of motion design principles or interest in video content creation.
• Experience with a CMS, ideally Drupal.
• Experience in creating and integrating emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or an equivalent marketing automation platform.
• Experience in a multi-brand or agency environment.
• Experience with Generative AI tools.
• Capable of quickly switching from one project to another without losing quality.
• Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented.
• Motivated to learn continuously and share your knowledge with the team.
