In this role of Customer Service Specialist (Accounting and Construction), you will act as the first point of contact by phone or in writing to support our existing clientele. You will directly contribute to simplifying our clients' daily lives in a structured, welcoming, and professional development-focused environment.

Your daily routine will look like

• Respond to functional and application support requests from users (phone, emails, tickets).
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues related to the use of Avantage, Acomba, Gestion CMEQ, and Acomba suite construction software.
• Guide and support clients in understanding the features of their tools (particularly construction sector payroll management).
• Document interventions and solutions provided in our ticket tracking system with precision.
• Escalate complex incidents to the appropriate specialized teams while ensuring rigorous follow-up with the client.
• Collaborate with internal teams (development, product) to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of our processes and user documentation.

The profile we are looking for

• Education:

DEP, AEC, or DEC in accounting or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Industry Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of the construction sector in Quebec (understanding of CCQ payroll particularities).

• Experience:

Relevant experience in customer service, call centers, user support, or first-level accounting.

• Technological Proficiency:

Ability to learn accounting software.

• Schedule:

Daytime, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).

Flexibility and Remote Work

• Hybrid Formula:

4 days of remote work with a required presence at the Quebec office one day a week (Tuesday), from March to December.

• 100% Remote Work:

Offered for individuals residing more than 100 km from the Quebec office. We will send all necessary computer equipment directly to your home!

• Compensation:

Hourly wage between $25 and $30 per hour, depending on your experience.
