- Reports to the Student Affairs Office (SAO) 45 minutes before the exam scheduled start time.
- Responsible for setting up the examination room according to specific requirements as well as ensuring that equipment and facilities are functioning properly.
- Administers the delivery of the computerized exams and documentation.
- Reports students’ problems to the SAO timely. Ensures that students comply with regulations with respect to exams.
- Responsible to report to the SAO any behavior by students or others that does not comply with University regulations.
- Ensures that all mobile and web-accessible electronic devices are stowed away from students prior to the start of the examination.
- Ensures that students are accompanied to the washroom.
- Alerts the SAO when students have a question.
- At the end of the examination period, collects all exam materials and ensures nothing is left behind in the examination room(s).
- Responsible for returning all exams material to the SAO.

Shifts: (AM: 8:45 am to 1:30 pm, PM: 1:45 pm to 6:30pm)
- TBC, dates between August 3-6 and August 10-13
Qualifications Required
Comfortable with handling computerized exams. Must be student-focused and service oriented. Punctual. Demonstrated adequate communication and organizational skills, and an ability to transmit and receive information accurately. Demonstrated ability to listen and efficiently assist students with problems. Ability to follow instructions and to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to act in an acceptable manner so as not to disrupt students writing the exam. English, spoken and read. French an asset.
Hours per week: Variable depending on the needs of the Faculty (minimum 4 hour shift length)
- Report to the Student Affairs Office (SAO) 45 minutes before the scheduled start time of the exam.

- Ensure the smooth running of computer-based exams and manage related documentation.
- Report any difficulties encountered by students to the SAO promptly and ensure compliance with University regulations regarding exams.
- Inform the SAO of any student or other person's behavior that does not comply with University regulations.
- Ensure that all mobile phones and other web-accessible electronic devices are stored out of reach of students before the start of the exam.
- Accompany students who need to leave the examination room to use the washroom.
- Alert the SAO when a student has a question requiring intervention.
- At the end of the examination session, collect all exam materials and ensure that no documents or materials are left behind in the examination room(s).
- Return all exam materials to the SAO.

Qualifications Required

- Show punctuality, reliability, and professionalism.
- Possess good communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to transmit and receive information accurately.
- Demonstrate excellent listening skills and be able to effectively assist students when difficulties arise.
- Be able to follow instructions, work independently, and contribute effectively as part of a team.
- Adopt a calm and professional demeanor to avoid disrupting the exam process.
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English; knowledge of French is considered an asset.

The number of working hours varies depending on the needs of the Faculty. Work shifts are a minimum of four (4) hours in length.
