Under the supervision of the Technical Solutions Manager, the *Technical and Integrated Solutions Specialist* provides technical expertise and in-depth advice for various customization requests for lighting fixtures and collaborates to resolve issues with products in order to meet and satisfy customer needs.

- Task Description:
- Provide technical expertise and in-depth advice for various technical requests from customers and collaborate to resolve customization requests for lighting fixtures in order to meet and satisfy customer needs according to established deadlines, tracking, and resolution standards;
- Receive, analyze, and verify the feasibility of special lighting requests;
- Establish the prices of modified and custom-made products;
- Analyze, verify, and resolve information blockages in the Feasibility lines (Dynamics AX) in progress;
- Communicate with the Customer Service, Technical Sales, and, if necessary, with external sales representatives or Regional Sales Managers to gather and synthesize the necessary information;
- Ensure effective communication between the various parties involved;
- Sort and organize the priorities of requests and coordinate the work so that they are respected;
- Ensure rigorous follow-ups for the advancement of projects and work so that standards and deadlines are respected;
- If necessary, request a feasibility check with the Team Leader for Special Products and actively participate in the search for technical solutions;
- Conduct the necessary research to support colleagues;
- Complete the documentation associated with the work;
- Keep internal sales representatives and other stakeholders informed, if necessary, about the progress of the resolution and decisions;
- Collaborate in the implementation of tools to improve response times;
- Process requests for standard or customization of imported products and replacement parts for iGuzzini and Simes not available on the NA website;
- Create temporary codes in the ERP system (AX);
- Participate in team meetings;
- Perform any other tasks that may help in the realization of projects.
Required Experience
- Solve problems creatively;
- Have knowledge of electrical codes and practical knowledge of the company's lighting segment;
- Knowledge of Microsoft and Google Office suite;
- Desired knowledge of lighting;
- Understanding of lighting concepts and photometric units (Lumens, Candela);
- Knowledge of power supplies (drivers);
- Knowledge of control systems;
