Functions and Responsibilities

Governance, Planning, and Delivery Support . Contribute to the preparation, revision, and tracking of project implementation plans.

. Track project performance using operational and financial indicators.

. Monitor resource usage and tools that improve productivity, including AI solutions.

. Track issues, risks, dependencies, and elements that may affect schedules.

. Ensure the application of governance processes, quality criteria, and best practices for delivery.

. Perform quality control of data required for billing and financial reporting activities.

. Track deliverables and periodic reports to meet established schedules.

. Maintain up-to-date governance registers (issues, decisions, assignments, resource availability, etc.).

. Produce meeting minutes and track actions.

. Identify and implement continuous improvements to optimize processes, data quality, and operational efficiency.

. Support the implementation of special initiatives or projects based on organizational needs.

Finance, Performance Tracking, and Reporting . Participate in the planning of revenues, expenses, and monthly budgets.

. Track actual results, forecasts (RAF), and budget variances.

. Produce and maintain up-to-date financial dashboards and indicators.

. Ensure the quality, integrity, and updating of financial data.

. Perform reconciliations between financial data, activities performed, and deliverables.

. Track costs, efforts, and profitability of mandates.

. Update financial performance indicators, including profitability thresholds and margin objectives.

. Produce financial and operational performance reports.

. Contribute to period-end closing activities and the preparation of management reports.

Qualifications Required for Success in this Role

1. University degree in administration, project management, or a relevant discipline.

2. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in project coordination, project control, PMO, project administration, or a similar role.

3. Experience in budget tracking, financial forecasting (RAF), and project performance analysis.

4. Experience in an Agile delivery environment (Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent), including tracking iterations, deliverables, and performance indicators.

5. Strong proficiency in Azure DevOps (or an equivalent application lifecycle management tool), particularly for tracking user stories, tasks, Kanban boards, progress indicators, and project data quality.

6. Excellent proficiency in Excel and project management tools, including MS-Project.

7. Experience in producing dashboards, management indicators, and reports.

8. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

9. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly evolving environment.

10. Excellent communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement skills.

The calculation of this range depends on various factors, including skill level, geographic market, experience, education, as well as professional licenses and certifications. Salary decisions depend on the particulars of each case. A reasonable estimate of this salary range is between $50,000 and $100,000. This position is open.
