Status: Full-time permanent position Job Summary The Quality Control Coordinator ensures the compliance and monitoring of activities related to product quality control. They contribute to the application of established standards and processes, while participating in the identification of deviations and the implementation of corrective actions. Main Responsibilities

Quality Assurance and Compliance* Perform product compliance checks according to established standards (ISO, HACCP, FAMI-QS, ACIA, etc.)* Validate analysis certificates based on specifications* Ensure compliance of labels and product documentation* Apply existing quality control procedures

Analysis and Quality Data Tracking* Participate in the analysis of analysis results (internal and external)* Report observed deviations or anomalies* Ensure tracking of laboratory analyses and NIR tests* Communicate results to relevant parties

Non-Conformity Management* Participate in the treatment of non-conformities* Contribute to the identification of possible causes* Ensure follow-up of implemented corrective actions

Documentation and Information Management* Update safety data sheets and product specifications* Maintain up-to-date quality files* Ensure compliance and consistency of documentation

Operations Support and Collaboration* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with quality requirements.* Participate in exchanges with suppliers regarding quality* Contribute to the smooth functioning of quality control activities

Continuous Improvement* Participate in the improvement of quality practices and tools* Suggest adjustments when issues are identified* Contribute to internal audits and associated follow-ups. ### Desired Profile

• Bachelor's degree in food sciences and technology, biotechnology, chemistry, food science, or a related field* At least two (2) to three (3) years of experience in quality control, quality assurance* Bilingualism in French and English required due to daily interactions with colleagues and partners in Canada and worldwide* Knowledge of food quality systems/management (e.g., ISO 9001-2015, HACCP, FAMI-QS, Pro-Qualité, ACIA)* Practical knowledge of SIMDUT and TMD* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
