Software Developer

We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate has expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring smooth integration and optimal performance. Advanced expertise in AI is strongly desired.

The main responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, designing user-friendly interfaces, developing robust server logic, and maintaining clean and efficient code. In this role, your responsibilities will include

• Contribute to the design, development, testing, and documentation of software solutions while adhering to established processes and team standards.
• Apply fundamental software development principles to structured projects, with support and guidance from more experienced team members.
• Write and debug code using object-oriented programming languages and Microsoft frameworks.
• Participate in analyzing and resolving issues reported by clients in collaboration with support and engineering teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to develop good collaboration practices.
• Follow established guidelines to analyze and resolve common development tasks and technical challenges.
• Incorporate feedback from colleagues and mentors to improve code quality and deepen knowledge of the organization's tools, technologies, and work methods.
• Occasionally provide support to production systems outside regular working hours, under the supervision of more experienced team members.
