Nutrinor Energy is looking for a store manager assistant for its service stop located in Jonquière. The person holding this position will mainly operate a cash register and answer customers who come to the location. Additionally, they will assist the manager in their daily tasks such as preparing orders, conducting inventory, placing merchandise, managing staff, filling out fuel sales reports, replacing the manager during their absences, and other related tasks.

Your role and responsibilities

• Ensure daily management of the establishment in partnership with the manager: administrative management, staff management, orders, inventory control, marketing, site maintenance.
• Maintain lasting relationships with customers and representatives.
• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming each customer and offering a product tailored to their needs.
• Ensure that the store is clean and attractive.
• Any other related tasks.

Required qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in the retail trade.
• Have skills in accounting (asset).
• Good knowledge of the office suite and computer science in general.
• Stand out by the quality of your customer service.
• Demonstrate good aptitudes for promotion and sales.
• Show resourcefulness and autonomy.
• Have the ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and possess a good team spirit.
