  • Contribute to the digital transformation program using an agile methodology, including establishing and tracking schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior management and IT teams, to understand business needs and create an environment where business and IT teams work closely together

  • Track and report on project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues or risks within an agile framework
  • Regularly communicate with stakeholders and provide updates on project status, including key achievements, challenges, and opportunities
  • Identify and implement industry best practices and standards in digital transformation within an agile framework to promote continuous improvement and innovation
  • Work with partner vendors to deliver requirements defined by various stakeholders
  • Serve as an ambassador for the digital transformation program, fostering engagement within the organization through communication, training, and support

Qualifications Required for Success in this Role

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field; a plus
  • Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives in the insurance sector
  • Experience with Salesforce solutions and their implementation
  • Experience in IT portfolio, project, resource allocation, and balancing (5 to 10 years)
  • Relevant certifications in project management, change management, or digital transformation are a plus, e.g., excellent technical level in project management tools and methodologies (ideally PMP/PMI)
  • Experience working with IT teams or in the insurance sector is preferred
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in an agile environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to create consensus and drive change collaboratively and influentially
  • Proficiency in English is a plus

CGI offers a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. The calculation of this range depends on various factors, including skill level, geographic market, experience, education, and professional licenses and certifications. Reward decisions are based on individual circumstances. A reasonable estimate of this salary range is between $80,000 and $155,000. This position is open.
