We are a small autonomous team developing an ambitious multiplayer experience on the Unreal Engine. We are looking for highly engaged developers, driven by execution, a sense of responsibility, and the pride of building something concrete together.

What You Will Do

• Design, implement, and maintain real-time gameplay AI systems under Unreal Engine
• Own AI behaviors end-to-end: architecture, implementation, debugging, tuning, and optimization under real game conditions
• Work closely with gameplay, animation, tech design, and networking to ensure readable, systemic, high-quality, and debuggable AI, compatible with a server-authoritative architecture
• Pay constant attention to performance and scalability (CPU, AI budgets, behavioral LOD, number of agents, network impact), with a clear priority given to stability and “always playable”
• Embrace a senior hands-on and pragmatic role: write code daily, mentor, challenge overly complex solutions, share best practices, and secure the delivery of critical AI features

What You Bring

• Approximately 5 years of experience in AI programming
• Proficiency in C++
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent
• Experience in console design
• A particular blend of meticulousness and flexibility in your work organization
• Ability to communicate with all disciplines and support and lift your team in terms of game quality and vision
• You are creative and eager for innovation
