Full Stack Web Developer

As a full stack web developer, your daily routine will involve creating, optimizing, and evolving applications and services that directly impact your colleagues' day-to-day work. You are the bridge between technology and humanity: you have that natural empathy that allows you to listen to a user, understand their reality, and deliver a solution that makes them say 'thank you!'.

What You Will Do Daily

• Communicate directly with internal teams and external partners to understand their business needs.
• Participate in user experience design (UX).
• Develop, test, and optimize applications, services, and databases in the Microsoft .NET environment. You will use AI agentic tools (such as *Claude Code*) to accelerate your development and deliver value quickly.
• Ensure system integration (APIs) and provide support and bug fixes for our existing applications.
• Maintain code cleanliness by applying our programming standards and rigorously managing your versions with Git.
• Update your tasks in Jira, document your developments for the team, and stay up-to-date with technological advancements to propose innovative improvements.

The Profile We Are Looking For

• You have accumulated a minimum of 5 years of experience in web application development with Microsoft .NET technologies.
• You are a passionate person who thrives on a fast-paced environment; you enjoy movement and can quickly synthesize information and analyze needs.
• You hold a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• You are meticulous and detail-oriented, enjoy clean architecture, high-quality code, and, above all, delivering value quickly.
• You are fully capable of collaborating in French, but English is essential since our code and comments are entirely written in English.
• You are naturally curious, have a technological edge, and already integrate generative and agentic AI tools (such as *Claude Code*) into your routine to code faster and smarter.
• You have prior experience in the manufacturing sector or within a consulting SME (an asset).
