Main roles and responsibilities of the position
- In collaboration with the communications coordinator: manage all promotional activities (define needs and target means to promote jobs and training programs in the sector, continuing education activities, and HR tools);
- Contribute to the implementation of the communication plan;
- Create advertising content and produce various publications on social media, newsletters, magazines, sectoral bulletins, etc.;
- Manage the website and promotion campaign for the L'Avenir est végétal jobs and training;
- Write and review informational texts, reports, summaries, or press releases;
- Manage, plan, and track project or event schedules and budgets;
- Prospect new client companies and school partnerships;
- Collaborate on updating the organization's website, in collaboration with the team;
- Monitor trends in communication and propose new ideas;
- Supervise the creation of various documents by suppliers and ensure the organization's quality standards.
Skills and abilities
- University degree in communication, marketing, business development, or a relevant field such as human resources, school and professional information, etc.
- Three to five years of relevant experience
- Enthusiasm, courtesy, and creativity
- Ability to manage multiple files at once
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Team spirit and attention to detail
- Good understanding of the challenges and needs of SMEs
- Knowledge of Canva, WordPress, and MS365 Office Suite
- Asset: Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud suite
- Proficiency in social networks Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
