As a Senior Advisor, Pre-Construction Work, you support the developer and coordinate a work team within the framework of Pre-Construction Work (PCW), contributing to the implementation, evolution, and optimization of PCW in a context where the model is already in place and the Work has already begun, in order to achieve the set objectives. You participate in the various phases of execution, from ideation to deployment. You play a structuring role in the coordination, analysis, and execution of PCW, ensuring their consistency, quality, and alignment with strategic orientations, more specifically for activities related to the manufacture of investment products and Fiducie Desjardins. In close collaboration with business teams and various stakeholders, you contribute to evolving the execution of the Work towards an integrated approach that promotes reuse, operational efficiency, and value creation. Your role involves organizing, directing, and controlling the essential human, material, financial, and technological resources required to deliver one or more large-scale, cross-cutting, and highly innovative projects. Your ability to achieve results and inspire engagement enables you to effectively manage work teams in achieving the organization's objectives. The nature of the files requires extensive and in-depth expertise in your area of expertise. Ability to evolve in complex, matrix environments with multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical, structuring, and communication skills. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Contribute to the planning, organization, and execution of Pre-Construction Work by applying the orientations, frameworks, and reference practices. Support the continuous evolution of work methods.
- Perform or coordinate certain analyses related to processes and contribute to the production of quality, consistent, and reusable deliverables.
- Ensure the consistency of Pre-Construction Work with modernization initiatives, identify dependencies, and maximize synergies.
- Participate in the integration of specific needs related to product manufacturing and Fiducie Desjardins.
- Work closely with business teams by contributing to clarifying roles, responsibilities, and modes of collaboration and supporting the mobilization around the Work.
- Contribute to governance, tracking of issues, risks, and dependencies, as well as the reporting of Pre-Construction Work while supporting the continuous improvement of practices and governance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a relevant discipline
- Minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
- Experience in large-scale projects or programs, process optimization, or strategic advisory roles
- Knowledge of French required
