We are looking for several passionate software developers to join our team. You will develop essential software that powers the collection, transformation, and delivery of market data used by our trading systems. As a member of our team, you will be surrounded by cutting-edge technologies and seasoned technologists, providing the best possible environment for success.

How you will make an impact

• Design scalable and performant software by applying best practices in software engineering.
• Lead discussions on code implementation, testing, and software architecture best practices.
• Collaborate with operations and trading teams to ensure production systems are in optimal condition.
• Research the latest technologies to enhance our trading systems.
• Lead projects and drive new initiatives.
• Actively engage with other development team members to solve complex design and programming problems.
• Work with complex real-time market data while ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Collaborate with traders to explain technical challenges, trade-offs, and possible solutions to facilitate informed decision-making.

What you bring to the team

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent.
• 2 to 10 years of experience in designing software systems.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
• Solid knowledge and good experience in Python or C++. Experience in both languages is a plus.
• Passion for financial markets and an interest in global events and their influence on market behavior.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong focus on data quality and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with one or more of the following technologies is a plus: Redis, RabbitMQ, GraphQL, Kafka, MongoDB, ELK, Docker, TCP, HTTP, Regex.
• Experience with relational databases is a plus.
