Your Role

You will play a key role in the evolution of our digital environment. You will work on a wide variety of applications that support our operations, our branch network, and our customers' experience.

Internal tools, administration platforms, operational applications, web portals, and integrations: projects will be varied and challenges concrete. You will work across the entire technology stack, from the user interface to the database, including business logic, APIs, testing, and deployment.

We are looking for a versatile person who does not just execute. You will seek to understand needs, evaluate different approaches, and propose simple, durable, and well-thought-out solutions. You will have the latitude needed to advance projects, and your work will have a concrete impact on tools used daily by our teams.

What You Will Do

• Analyze needs and translate them into clear and durable technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain features, from front-end to back-end.
• Develop and evolve React interfaces, back-end services, APIs, data models, and integrations.
• Write and optimize SQL queries.
• Diagnose bugs, determine their causes, and implement durable fixes.
• Write automated tests and rigorously validate your deliveries.
• Contribute to the performance, security, accessibility, and maintainability of applications.
• Provide user support and track issues encountered.
• Participate in deployments and application monitoring.
• Document important decisions and contribute to the improvement of development practices.
• Use approved AI tools responsibly, while protecting data and validating produced code.

What You Need

• Practical experience in developing and maintaining web applications in production.
• Strong proficiency in modern TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Experience with React or a comparable modern framework.
• Back-end development experience.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Good understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, web authentication, and security.
• Comfort with Git, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Ability to understand, modify, test, and debug existing code.
• Relevant education or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary: Up to $80,000 per year
