Your Profile

You are a seasoned leader in consulting and service delivery, with expertise in content production, content operations, and content supply chain transformation.

You understand how content is created at scale, from needs definition and planning to production, localization, governance, publishing, and optimization, and you know how to mobilize people, processes, technologies, and data to improve outcomes.

You are equally comfortable facilitating executive workshops, leading service teams, implementing new operational models, and advising clients on the future of their content operations. You excel in complex environments that require tight coordination between client stakeholders, offshore service teams, creative production resources, and technology partners.

You can transform strategic recommendations into concrete, scalable service models and help clients adopt emerging capabilities, including AI-driven workflows, automation, and agentic AI solutions.
