In this role, you support wealth management advisors to stand out by providing exceptional customer service, creating a positive long-term impact on our client base, particularly within the Lachance team.
Your Role
- Support wealth management advisors to provide superior customer service and be available to respond to client requests.
- Perform routine financial transactions (e.g., buying and selling securities, making required adjustments).
- Process deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and currency conversion instructions for all investment accounts and ensure rigorous tracking.
- Analyze and open client files and keep them up-to-date.
- Generate portfolio management reports.
- Manage client file administration through scheduling, appointment setting, and preparing meetings with clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and risk management rules.

Financière Banque Nationale - Wealth Management is the fifth-largest securities brokerage firm in Canada by size. We have nearly 1,000 investment advisors managing the assets of over 400,000 clients across approximately 100 branches. Under regional leadership, you will work with a wealth management advisor to provide an exceptional client experience. Collaboration and camaraderie will be key to your success.
Requirements
- Completed college and/or university degree in a related field
- 2 years of relevant experience in the banking ('back office'), insurance, and/or finance sectors
- Securities trading course (CCVM) and/or course related to the Code of Conduct Manual
- ERCI: Canadian Regulatory Examination on Investments completed
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service skills
