Your Job

• Perform various administrative activities, with a certain level of complexity, according to the policies, standards, and procedures established at the Bank
• Processing, analysis, and manipulation of reports to ensure the accuracy of data and operations
• Respond to information requests from our clientele and partners
• Compile data while searching for missing or incorrect data and make corrections according to service standards
• Sort and file physical and digital documents
• Your Team:

Reporting to the Director of Business Administration, you will have the opportunity to handle multiple tasks related to credit insurance, individual insurance, travel insurance, and assistance products.

Requirements

• High school diploma completed and 2.5 years of relevant experience or College diploma completed and 6 months of relevant experience
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
• Experience in data entry
• Ability to perform multiple and varied tasks
• Ability to find ideas for procedure optimization
• Comfortable in a constantly evolving environment
• Rigor, attention to detail, teamwork, and autonomy
