About the position

You have solid experience in Java analysis and development? Do you want to contribute to strategic projects in the field of indemnity insurance? This position is for you!

We are looking for an experienced developer analyst to participate in the evolution of our claim-related systems.

You will be involved in all stages of the development cycle, from needs analysis to solution delivery, in an agile and collaborative environment.

What will your workweek look like?

• Participate in the analysis of business and functional needs in relation to the claim processes
• Design and develop robust and scalable solutions according to internal practices and development requirements
• Intervene in the configuration and development of Guidewire ClaimCenter
• Collaborate with architects, analysts and developers to ensure smooth integration of solutions
• Monitor solutions in production
• Identify possible improvements and propose innovative solutions
• Participate in functional testing, unit testing, technical documentation and develop the necessary automated tests
• Write the required technical documentation for the realization or maintenance of the systems
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and analysis practices
• Train new employees in the task and work methods of the team

Do you have this profile?

• Hold a D.E.C. in computer science or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in computer science, divided between analyst and Java developer roles
• Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter – a plus
• Excellent mastery of the Java language and development environments
• Knowledge of the indemnity insurance domain
• Experience in agile methodologies – a plus
• Analytical mindset, autonomy and ability to work in a team
