Accounting Technician

Welcome to Probloc CL!

We are currently looking for an accounting technician for a minimum of 25 hours per week and the possibility of full-time.

Probloc CL is a company specialized in property management.

You will work in collaboration with property managers, accounting clerks, and administrative assistants.

The salary starts at $30/hour and may vary according to your experience.

Flexible hybrid schedule alternating remote work and on-site work in our offices.

• Proprio expert
• Hopem
• Quickbooks
• Word/Excel

Vendor Accounts

• Enter vendor invoices into the accounting system.
• Sort and match invoices with purchase orders.
• Prepare vendor payments weekly.
• Process payments in the bank for approval.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and issues.
• Maintain vendor files, communicate with them, and respond to their requests.

Customer Accounts

• Generate and send customer invoices.
• Upload invoices into our clients' billing systems.
• Process customer payments.
• Perform weekly collection activities.
• Maintain customer account files and records.
• Investigate and resolve customer questions.
• Communicate with customers by phone or email.
• Assist with the end-of-month process during bank reconciliation.
