Missions/Responsibilities: The EDC Manager is responsible for the implementation, administration, optimization, and daily operation of the common data environment (EDC) and related digital collaboration platforms. This role ensures that project information flows effectively through configured systems, workflows, permissions, and integrations that support coordinated delivery. This position is focused on platform configuration, workflow activation, integrations, user support, access control, and operational performance of the EDC ecosystem. Main Responsibilities * Lead the setup, configuration, and administration of the common data environment * Ensure the EDC supports project delivery workflows, review cycles, approvals, and information exchange requirements * Configure folder structures, workflows, permissions, roles, and access controls within the platform * Coordinate integration and interoperability between the EDC and connected systems such as BIM, GIS, SGED, PMIS, and other digital tools * Implement and optimize digital workflows to improve efficiency, traceability, and collaboration * Support automation opportunities in review, approval, notification, and information exchange processes * Monitor platform performance, usability, and adoption, and recommend improvements * Provide technical support, onboarding, and guidance to project teams and external stakeholders * Develop training materials, user procedures, and best practices to ensure uniform EDC usage * Apply security and access protocols in accordance with project and organizational requirements * Support audits, compliance checks, and troubleshooting related to EDC operations * Coordinate with digital teams, IT, vendors, and project teams to resolve platform issues and enhance system capabilities Profile/Competencies:

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, construction management, digital delivery, or a related discipline. Additional technical training on EDC platforms, BIM tools, or digital project systems is an asset.

Experience: 8 to 10 years or more of relevant experience in EDC administration, digital delivery systems, BIM collaboration platforms, or project information environments within complex projects.

Technical

Skills: * Practical experience with EDC platforms such as Oracle Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or equivalent systems. * Experience in the following areas: + platform configuration + workflow setup + permission and access management + user administration + system integration + information exchange processes * Good understanding of ISO 19650 standard applied to EDC implementation and digital project delivery. * Knowledge of integration between BIM, GIS, SGED, PMIS, and report generation environments. * Knowledge of workflow automation, dashboards, and digital collaboration tools. * Awareness of cybersecurity, data protection, and controlled digital environments. * Experience in user support and training on digital platforms. * Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English*.
