About the Position

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this strategic role, you will be at the heart of our online presence and digital growth initiatives, within an organization active in the commercial and residential real estate industry. You will work closely with design, marketing, and media experts to design and deploy impactful digital experiences.

You will join the Commercial and Residential Leasing team, where you will directly contribute to the digital prominence of our spaces and leasing initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

Website Management and Optimization

Create, maintain, and optimize the websites of the commercial and residential leasing team (structure, content, performance, user experience)

Ensure search engine optimization (SEO) and compliance with best web practices

Conduct regular audits and implement continuous improvements

Digital Marketing Campaigns and Integrated Communications

Plan, launch, and manage digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, email, etc.) and offline campaigns (printed ads, direct mail, display) in collaboration with digital media experts

Manage and optimize email newsletter campaigns through marketing automation tools (HubSpot or equivalent): segmentation, personalization, automation of flows, and analysis of results

Administer and maintain the organization's CRM: contact management, database segmentation, interaction tracking, and pipeline feeding

Define target audiences, key messages, and associated budgets for each channel

Conduct A/B tests and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI

Multiplatform Content Production

Design and produce engaging content adapted to each platform (social media, blog, newsletter, website, video, etc.)

Write and layout newsletters: design templates, write content, segment lists, and analyze open and click-through rates

Produce printed materials such as brochures, flyers, and offline ads (magazines, posters, direct mail), in collaboration with designers, ensuring consistency with the digital identity

Develop and manage an integrated editorial calendar covering all digital and printed channels

Ensure uniformity of tone, style, and visual identity across all channels

Performance Measurement and Analysis

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and set up tracking dashboards

Analyze data (Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM, emailing platforms, etc.) and produce clear, actionable reports covering both digital channels and printed initiatives

Formulate strategic recommendations based on data to improve results

Coordination with Expert Teams

Collaborate with designers, developers, and other digital marketing specialists (agencies or internal resources)

Manage assignments, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders

Actively participate in planning meetings and creative reviews

Desired Profile

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in marketing, communication, digital marketing, or a related field
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge of major digital tools and platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, CMS like WordPress, CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce, emailing platforms, Adobe suite or equivalent for print, etc.)

Solid knowledge of SEO/SEM and content strategy

Ability to analyze data and draw relevant conclusions

Experience in project management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams

Experience in the residential and/or commercial real estate sector is an asset

Use of artificial intelligence (AI) and fluency with AI tools to develop tools and support task completion
