As an Offensive Security Specialist and AI-Assisted Code Reviewer, you will play a key role in evolving our cybersecurity practices to meet the demands of a constantly changing technological landscape. Passionate about offensive security, software development, and artificial intelligence, you will go beyond traditional approaches to identify complex vulnerabilities within our technological assets. You will contribute to strengthening the organization's security posture by combining technical expertise, innovation, and collaboration with development teams. With your excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and strong ability to collaborate with diverse partners, you will influence, mobilize, and guide various stakeholders in adopting sustainable security practices. Specifically, you will be tasked with:

  • Identifying complex vulnerabilities through the analysis of source code repositories using offensive tools and AI-based solutions
  • Validating the exploitability of discovered vulnerabilities by creating Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and prioritizing risks based on their real impact
  • Designing, developing, and evolving AI-augmented offensive tools
  • Utilizing and optimizing advanced analysis agents, models, and mechanisms (prompting, workflows, harness, automation, etc.)
  • Analyzing, questioning, and refining the results produced by AI models and automated tools
  • Supporting development teams in understanding the identified vulnerabilities and their impacts
  • Actively participating in remediation activities by proposing context-appropriate recommendations
  • Identifying weaknesses in development pipelines (CI/CD, secret management, security controls, etc.)
  • Detecting cross-organizational issues and recommending structured action plans
  • Developing and maintaining trust relationships with developers and technical teams to promote the adoption of security best practices

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field
  • A minimum of six years of relevant combined experience in offensive security and software development
  • Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
  • Practical experience in software development within large organizations
  • French language proficiency required
  • Expertise in offensive security, including mastery of common vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10), understanding of emerging application vulnerabilities, and the ability to demonstrate the real impact of attack scenarios through vulnerability chaining
  • Proficiency in modern development concepts, such as application architecture, CI/CD practices, version control, secret management, caching, authentication, and authorization
  • In-depth knowledge of code analysis methods for detecting vulnerabilities and complex issues
  • Knowledge of AI concepts applied to cybersecurity (LLM, agents, automation, prompting, workflows, harness, etc.) or a strong interest in developing expertise in this field
