Digitad positions itself within the group as the digital performance agency. Launched by PPC in 2015, the team has consolidated over time, allowing us to develop multiple expertise areas. Our goal: to position ourselves as strategists for our business partners and support them with the expertise that will add the most value for them.

YOUR ROLE

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will manage recurring support, hosting, and maintenance mandates for major Digitad clients. Beyond support, you will contribute to the design of internal tools and AI agents for our clients and teams.

At Digitad, agentic development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) are the default work method. You will evolve within a dynamic Tech team where ideas circulate quickly, with structured mentorship and organized handover of existing mandates.

Responsibilities

• Operate the hosting and maintenance portfolio (~50 sites): server monitoring, CMS updates, bug fixes, security, performance.
• Manage recurring mandates for major clients: content and product updates (pages, banners, product sheets, integrations) on bilingual FR/EN sites.
• Perform technical interventions (API connections, custom feature development) and bug fixes on WordPress sites.
• Ensure technical site maintenance: performance, hreflang tags, accessibility, bug fixes, CMS updates (WordPress).
• Manage hosting and server monitoring for sites under our responsibility (Linux, deployment, DNS).
• Communicate directly with clients, in French and English.
• Contribute to the design of the agency's internal tools and the development of AI agents for our clients and teams.
• Use agentic development tools (Claude Code, Codex) daily and integrate AI models via API (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini) into projects.
• Conduct regular monitoring of the AI and Tech ecosystem and share learning with the team.

Project Examples

• Taking over recurring support and maintenance and updating a client's portfolio of websites: product updates, banners, category pages, integrations (MikMak, AudioEye).
• Designing AI agents and internal tools to accelerate team production.
• Technical SEO recommendations: page load speed, hreflang, structured data.

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in software engineering, computer science, or equivalent with 2 to 5 years of experience in web development.
• Strong backend foundations: APIs, databases, servers, PHP.
• Comfortable with at least one CMS (WordPress and Webflow are assets) and the HTML/CSS/JavaScript trio.
• Bilingual French-English required, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable with AI on a daily basis, experience with Claude Code (or equivalent agentic tool) strongly preferred: you have already built something with it, even a personal project.
• Curiosity and autonomy: you learn on your own, investigate before asking, and conduct research naturally.
• Rigor in task tracking and deadline adherence (multiple clients in parallel).
• Assets: PHP, Node.js (particularly Next.JS) or Python; technical SEO knowledge; Docker, CI/CD or cloud hosting (VPS), SQL (via Supabase).
