Description

At Charlie Tango, we design interactive experiences where play comes to life both in our mobile application and on the ground, thanks to game boards, illustrations, and physical installations. Our projects combine digital design and print graphics to transform spaces into memorable experiences.

We design playful journeys, GPS rallies, interactive installations, and custom experiences that turn places, events, and organizations into true playgrounds. Our creations come to life in municipalities, museums, tourist attractions, festivals, and companies across Quebec and New Brunswick.

Our team brings together creatives, designers, developers, and strategists who share the same ambition: to create experiences where the joy of playing always serves a concrete objective. Every project is unique. One week, we imagine an enchanted forest filled with magical books. The next, we transform a botanical garden, a museum, or a downtown center into an interactive adventure.

At Charlie Tango, we love pushing the limits of creativity... but also those of technology. We constantly explore new tools, including generative AI, to create even more engaging, accessible, and surprising experiences.

If you enjoy learning, experimenting, and seeing your creations come to life on the ground, you might feel right at home here.

As a junior graphic designer, you will contribute to bringing our interactive experiences to life.

Based on the briefs from our creative director, you will be responsible for transforming concepts, narrative universes, and game mechanics into strong, coherent, and appealing visuals. You will work on both the creation of new graphic universes and their integration into our application and preparation for production.

You will evolve alongside an experience art director who has accompanied Charlie Tango since its inception and will help you develop both your graphic eye and your way of designing experiences.

This position is ideal for a creative person who enjoys both imagining and realizing, who appreciates both the first sketches and the attention to detail necessary to prepare a flawless print file.
