At CIMA+, we welcome you by saying "Welcome home!" CIMA+ is currently looking for a cybersecurity analyst to join our cybersecurity services team. In this role, you will be called upon to work on a wide variety of stimulating projects. We also offer a flexible hybrid work model that allows you to work from home and one of our offices.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze and manage security incidents on our various platforms
- Analyze system vulnerabilities and plan remediation
- Organize cybersecurity awareness and training campaigns for employees
- Participate in the development of policies and directives (ISO 27001, CIS)
- Develop, coordinate, and manage cybersecurity projects related to improving and upgrading security practices
- Participate in internal audits and compliance testing
- Document and implement internal processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or certificates in Cybersecurity or relevant experience
- More than 5 years of experience in the IT field
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 and CIS controls
- Experience with vulnerability management
- Experience in incident management
- Experience with log collection platforms (SIEM)
- Ability to manage cybersecurity projects
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage crisis situations and good tolerance to pressure
- Proficiency in French both orally and in writing
- Integrity, team spirit, and commitment to excellence
