For Which Position?

Working closely with development and product teams, the QA analyst ensures the quality of delivered applications by defining and executing testing strategies. Beyond traditional QA activities, we are looking for a person capable of handling complex issues, conducting autonomous technical investigations, identifying root causes of performance problems, and formulating concrete recommendations to improve application quality and performance. This position is for a 3-month full-time contract, with the possibility of permanent employment in case of renewal.

Job Responsibilities

• Take ownership of performance issues and conduct investigations to identify root causes.
• Analyze performance test results, system metrics, and application traces to identify bottlenecks.
• Formulate findings, propose technical recommendations, and collaborate with development teams to validate fixes.
• Design, develop, execute, and maintain load test scenarios with JMeter.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of QA and performance practices.
• Work in Agile or Waterfall mode.

Desired Profile

• Solid experience in quality assurance and application performance analysis for web applications.
• Excellent mastery of JMeter for designing, developing, executing, and debugging load tests.
• Good knowledge of Dynatrace or equivalent performance monitoring and analysis tools.
• Excellent ability to analyze web applications using browser development tools, Fiddler, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of HTTP/HTTPS protocols, APIs, client-server exchanges, and web architectures.
• Experience in end-to-end performance analysis, including identifying bottlenecks, formulating recommendations, and validating fixes.
• Ability to interpret test results, analyze metrics, and application traces, and collaborate closely with development teams to accelerate problem resolution.
• Comfort in evolving within diverse technological environments (.NET, Java, SQL, web services, cloud computing, etc.) and ability to quickly adapt to new environments.
• Excellent analytical skills, investigative spirit, technical curiosity, and ability to work autonomously.
• Mastery of artificial intelligence tools (ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or equivalents) and ability to use them as accelerators for analysis, system understanding, result interpretation, code analysis, and problem-solving.
