Description

Company Description

For over 40 years, LGI has developed software solutions in healthcare. Today, AI is at the heart of our way of developing and integrates into the next generation of our solutions, not as an end goal, but as the lever to contribute to the mission that drives us: improving the performance of healthcare facilities.

We are looking for exceptional talents, passionate about technology, curious by nature, and demanding by conviction. People who, by reflex, explore and innovate, and want to put their energy into a mission that goes beyond code development and impacts decisions, processes, and humans.

We value diversity and equal employment opportunities for all. If you need accommodation measures during the recruitment process, please let us know.

Artificial intelligence is at the heart of our way of designing, modernizing, and evolving our healthcare solutions. Tools, models, and practices are evolving at a rapid pace, and we are looking for ambitious and curious developers, capable of learning quickly and adapting continuously.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain application modules based on AI and coding assistance tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) within a technological ecosystem based on C#, .NET, Windows Forms, application services, and Oracle (PL/SQL).
  • Debug complex issues in a multi-technological ecosystem with multiple integrations
  • Generate, validate, and evolve unit tests with AI assistance
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation using AI tools
  • Keep the end user in mind: what you develop is used by clinicians and has a direct impact on patient care
  • Participate in code reviews, with a critical eye on AI-generated code
  • Quickly explore an existing codebase with the help of AI to accelerate onboarding
  • Participate in the maintenance of clinical data integrations (pipelines, HL7 v2 exchanges)
  • Develop AI-augmented features and contribute to the design of models or integrations as needed, within a very complex architecture.
  • Conduct active research on AI tools, models, and practices, and share your learning with the team
  • Take responsibility for your deliverables, from understanding the requirement to deployment, including testing and documentation
  • Comply with the standards of the Law 25 / LSSSS, guided by the team

How You Will Use AI

  • Use AI coding assistants daily (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) to generate, complete, and understand code, regardless of the technological layer required by the work.
  • Rely on AI to quickly gain expertise on unfamiliar technologies and codebases, rather than waiting to develop deep expertise in a single tech stack.
  • Generate and critically evaluate automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end), judging their relevance and coverage.
  • Implement AI-assisted quality controls in the delivery pipeline: automated checks for compliance, accessibility, performance, and security.
  • Use AI to securely analyze, document, and modernize legacy code, reducing risks associated with changes.
  • Analyze logs, errors, and execution traces (stack traces) using AI, in addition to profiling tools, to accelerate debugging and performance optimization.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation using AI tools.
  • Write precise queries (prompts) and iteratively refine them; know when AI strays from the objective and take control when necessary.
  • Quickly adopt a new tool or model when it generates measurable gains, and share your learning with the team.

Qualifications What We Look For Most

  • *Essential*
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in development with C#, .NET, Windows Forms, application services, and Oracle (PL/SQL).
  • Fast learner and self-learner, you explore, test, and progress without waiting for step-by-step guidance, and you know how to stay updated quickly when the ecosystem changes
  • Regular use of AI development tools, capable of delivering and demonstrating productivity gains through AI
  • Ability to critically evaluate what AI produces
  • Intellectual curiosity, appreciation for complex systems and architectures, and genuine interest in understanding how things are built
  • Strong foundation in object-oriented programming and algorithmic logic
  • Good communication and collaboration skills: you know how to explain your reasoning, ask for help when needed, and contribute to the team's technical discussions, even in complex situations.
  • Value collective intelligence to accelerate problem-solving and decision-making
  • You keep the client and end user at the center of your reflections and decisions and are solution-oriented, in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Desire to evolve in a regulated environment (digital health)
  • Ambition to progress in your career
  • *Assets*
  • Experience with the Delphi programming language
  • Good knowledge of build and deployment pipelines
  • Development of B2B enterprise solutions
  • Solution modeling
  • Development of AI-augmented features in products, or integration of models into existing systems
  • Personal projects or open-source contributions involving AI, GitHub activity, and experiments outside of work, that stand out
  • Notions of data integration or message exchanges (HL7 v2, etc.)

Additional Information Here are the many benefits to ensure your personal and professional well-being and financial health:

  • An environment based on trust, autonomy, and collaboration;
  • The opportunity to grow, perform, and work with curious and talented colleagues;
