The Digital Campaign Development Specialist plays a key role in creating, executing, and optimizing digital engagement campaigns across multiple banners. This role involves bringing the strategy to life, ensuring campaigns are developed with precision, delivered on time, and aligned with personalization and business objectives.

As an execution specialist in campaign development, this role collaborates closely with strategy, deployment, creative, and analytics teams to ensure seamless orchestration of customer communications that drive engagement, loyalty, and measurable business results.

Here’s where you’ll focus: Campaign Development and Execution

• Create, test, and launch multi-channel campaigns (email, push, SMS, app, web) from campaign briefs and personalization parameters
• Translate campaign strategy into workflows, templates, and ready-to-execute segmentation briefs
• Ensure campaign delivery on time, error-free, and in line with brand and channel standards
• Collaborate with deployment and quality assurance teams to resolve roadblocks and ensure campaign accuracy
• Support for Personalization and Optimization
• Implement personalization logic, segmentation rules, and lifecycle touchpoints in campaigns
• Support testing and learning initiatives by configuring and tracking A/B and multivariate tests
• Collaborate with analytics teams to apply proven data to campaign improvement
• Interfunctional Collaboration
• Work closely with campaign strategy, creative activation, and deployment teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Support alignment with banner priorities, marketing initiatives, and in-store activations through campaign development
• Participate in campaign prep reviews by providing execution contributions and ensuring downstream feasibility
• Project and Workflow Management
• Maintain campaign development tracking, timelines, and approval workflows
• Coordinate asset and content integration with creative teams to ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor campaign calendars to manage competing priorities across multiple banners

What you bring to the table

• 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign development, or customer engagement
• Hands-on experience in creating campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable marketing automation platform
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to execute large-scale multi-channel campaigns
• Solid understanding of personalization, segmentation, and lifecycle-based customer engagement
• Strong project management and organizational skills, comfortable handling multiple priorities simultaneously
• Collaborative, proactive, and execution-focused mindset, with a strong sense of responsibility
