CRM/ERP Business Analyst
TechnologyDescription
Role Description
As a Business Analyst, you are the essential bridge between your clients' business processes and the power of Cloud technology. With a strong client orientation, you enjoy human interaction, facilitating discussions, and guiding teams through process improvement and change with empathy, leadership, and simplified communication.
We are looking for a self-starter with a naturally curious mind who always seeks to understand the 'why' behind a client's processes to propose concrete optimizations rather than simply executing tasks. You are a collaborative individual, open to constructive feedback, and thrive in a dynamic project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Needs Analysis and Workshops: Lead and facilitate discovery workshops to gather client requirements and map their current business processes.
- Process Improvement and Optimization: Analyze clients' operational workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized processes aligned with industry best practices.
- Software Configuration: Translate improved and validated business processes into functional configurations directly within the NetSuite ecosystem.
- Testing and Quality Assurance (UAT): Prepare and accompany clients in executing user acceptance tests (UAT) to validate the compliance of optimized flows.
- Go-Live Involvement: Actively participate in critical Go-Live phases to ensure a smooth operational transition.
- Client Training and Adoption: Facilitate training sessions for subject matter experts (SMEs) and end-users, and design clear documentation to anchor new work methods.
- Post-Go-Live Support: Provide proximity support and assistance to clients during the operational stabilization period following deployment.
Requirements and Qualifications
- SaaS Experience (Major Criterion): 2 to 5 years of experience in business analysis for SaaS software implementation (ERP, CRM, HR, or related tools).
- Client Orientation and Process Improvement (Major Criterion): Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with a natural ability to analyze, document, and optimize operational flows.
- Bilingualism (Major Criterion): Fluent proficiency in both French and English, both orally and in writing (essential for our North American clientele).
- Education: University degree in business administration, information technology, operations management, information systems management (ISM), or related field.
Assets
- Basic Knowledge of Corporate Accounting: General understanding of standard financial flows (General Ledger / GL, Accounts Payable / AP, Accounts Receivable / AR).
- Prior exposure to the NetSuite ecosystem or a similar ERP (Odoo, Sage, Salesforce, Dynamics).
- Experience with process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio).
Logistics
- Full-time permanent position (40 hours/week).
- Hybrid Model: 3 days/week at the Montreal office (Sauvé metro station, Orange line).
- *This position requires proficiency in a language other than French, as 75% of our clients operate in English.*
