Your Role

  • Manage and implement large-scale technological projects using agile/hybrid principles, ensuring scope, cost, and timeline adherence
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to deliver cloud solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
  • Diagnose problematic situations, intervene, and engage in resolving complex issues by implementing solutions
  • Identify and manage project risks and challenges proactively
  • Produce reports for project progress tracking and provide status updates, adapting communication to the audience
  • Ensure alignment between IT and Business teams regarding project dependencies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 5 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a project manager on large-scale and enterprise projects
  • Strong knowledge of project management best practices, including budget management, forecasting, and risk management
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Klaxoon
  • Hands-on experience in cloud development projects (AWS or Azure) or SAAS solution integration, with a good understanding of modern cloud architectures
  • Experience with SAP financial environments would be an asset
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mobilize executives, technical teams, and business stakeholders
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and coaching
  • Passion for innovation, idea-sharing, and contributing to organizational transformation, including AI.
