- YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WITH US
- Marketing
- Prepare social media, advertising, and web reports to allow performance analysis, identify good hits, and realign strategies.
- Enter marketing budget-related data into NetSuite.
- Discuss with territory representatives and directors to create and maintain office visit schedules.
- Manage, if needed, the schedules, appointments, and travel of sales team directors.
- Manage registrations for exhibitions and commercial fairs in over 30 countries.
- Ensure the management of flight tickets and provide support for representative reservations.
- Provide support for internal visa requests and visitors.
- Support representatives in organizing occasional commercial events.
- Participate in the coordination of sales events, trade fairs, training, and meetings.
- Sales Support
- Ensure that representatives' ongoing sales opportunities are clean, up-to-date, and exploitable for operations and production teams.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management tools (customer data, interaction history, sales activities).
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team to allow them to focus on closing sales and customer relations.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of submissions, commercial proposals, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Organize and maintain sales-related documentation.
- After training, become the go-to person for assigned representatives regarding tool usage, configuration, and best practices.
You Are Our Rare Gem If You
- Hold a college diploma in administration;
- Have at least 3 years of relevant experience for the position;
- Are capable of managing multiple files simultaneously in a dynamic environment;
- Are comfortable with CRM and ERP tools (NetSuite is a major asset), as well as the Office suite;
- Demonstrate a collaborative spirit, autonomy, excellent prioritization skills, and a strong attention to detail;
- Show excellent communication skills, both in French and English, both orally and in writing, to communicate with our clients and colleagues worldwide.
