Look no further: The Desjardins Center of Excellence in Change Management is seeking Senior Change Management Consultants and we want to meet you! Our mission: to contribute to the achievement of business objectives of the Movement's projects by maximizing the use and adoption of deployed solutions to the benefit of managers, employees, and Desjardins members and clients. More specifically, you will be tasked with:
- Playing an influential role, demonstrating leadership, and providing strategic advice to project sponsors, project managers, and executive committees
- Interacting with stakeholder management committees (DP and VP)
- Developing the necessary alliances to define and implement change management strategies
- Proposing strategies, innovative solutions, and business positions
- Developing diagnostic tools and the required intervention strategies for project implementation and ensuring their evolution. Testing them with change recipients and identifying performance indicators
- Easily coordinating implementation plan activities in an ambiguous and complex context
- Ensuring the cross-functional coordination of activities and contributors to promote consistency in change management interventions and activities
- Possessing strong writing, presentation, and strategic communication skills at an executive level

What you will bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
- Minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
- Prosci certification
- French language proficiency required
- Advanced English proficiency due to the nature of tasks, work tools, or interactions with English-speaking partners or members/clients
- Proficiency in Prosci change management methodology - ADKAR
- Proficiency in project management tools and office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of PMI project methodology
