Store Manager – Bell Chagnon Store

We are looking for a store manager for our Bell branch in Chagnon. We are seeking someone who sets the example, develops talent, and does not settle for good when excellence is possible.

Your role

You will be responsible for the overall in-store experience, both in terms of performance and team culture.

• Lead all store operations and ensure overall performance
• Drive sales and achieve goals, then set new ones
• Monitor results and take decisive corrective actions
• Recruit, coach, and develop your team to its full potential
• Provide a customer experience that makes people want to come back
• Ensure compliance with sales processes and company standards
• Manage inventory, expenses, and merchandising
• Maintain store presentation and safety standards

• Full-time position
• Base salary between $45,000 and $50,000 + unlimited bonus — top performers regularly reach $70,000 and more
