As a Director, Financial Performance, Business Services, you will play a key role in the evolution of the finance function and in the strategic support of the business lines of the Enterprises sector of Mouvement Desjardins. In a context of significant transformation, you will be called upon to mobilize a team and evolve financial performance practices. You will actively contribute to the transformation of the finance function by evolving ways of doing things, processes, tools, roles, and the operational model of your team. You will also support business lines in their own transformations, encouraging them to question performance, profitability, financial capacity, prioritization, and value creation in a constructive manner. This role is for a manager with strong transformational leadership, a solid change management capability, and a great ability to establish trusted business partnerships in a complex, evolving, and strategic environment. Specifically, you will be called upon to:
- Contribute to the development of a transformation posture focused on agility, collaboration, value creation, rigor, and customer orientation
- Translate the transformation vision into concrete actions for the team, fostering adherence, accountability, and the evolution of financial performance management practices aligned with strategic priorities
- Identify efficiency levers, simplification, automation, and innovation in financial performance management practices, particularly through the use of artificial intelligence solutions and advanced analytics tools
- Provide close leadership to your team in a context of significant change, mobilizing employees around transformation objectives, clarifying priorities, roles, expectations, and desired benefits
- Mobilize and support the development of team skills to support the evolution of the finance role towards a more strategic, analytical, and partnership-oriented model
- Serve as a strategic business partner to the Senior Vice-Presidency of Business Services and its business lines, maintaining close contact with the sector's leaders and strategic partners
- Develop a deep understanding of business priorities, issues, transformations, and value creation levers to advise and influence informed decision-making by providing high-value financial analyses, recommendations, and positions
- Present clear, concise, and influential recommendations to management and executive partners.

What you will bring
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
- At least nine years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
- French language proficiency required
- Expertise in team management in a financial, strategic, or transformational environment
- Relevant expertise in financial performance, financial planning, business analysis, corporate finance, or business partnership
- Expertise in working in an environment that requires effective collaboration and interaction with a diversity of leaders, strategic partners, and decision-making bodies
- Demonstrated mastery in contexts of transformation, organizational change, or operational model evolution
- Knowledge of the Enterprises sector, financial services, or a complex and matrix environment
