As an Actuarial Analyst • Group Insurance, you contribute to achieving the department's objectives. More specifically, you are responsible for the production of various technical analysis tasks in group insurance, carried out in collaboration with other actuarial analysts and account directors.

What you live daily
- Analyze the renewal conditions of the regimes and negotiate with the insurers;
- Prepare requests for proposals, analyze submissions, and conceptualize group insurance regimes;
- Produce projections, experience reports, and statistics to track the evolution of corporate health programs;
- Write and validate documents (reports, contracts, brochures, amendments) intended for clients and insurers;
- Support account directors and participate in the implementation process of the regimes;
- Contribute to internal tools and analyses (surveys, tax-deductible and taxable benefits tools, updating work tools).
What makes you stand out as a person
- Strong analytical skills and decision-making abilities;
- Sense of organization, able to manage multiple projects in parallel;
- Autonomy and rigor;
- Ease with customer service and teamwork.
What stands out on your CV
- Bachelor's degree in actuarial science or mathematics (actuarial profile);
- At least 1 year of experience in actuarial science, specifically in group insurance;
- Proficiency in French (oral and written) and good knowledge of English (written);
- Proficiency in Excel and good knowledge of other MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Familiarity with Survey Monkey and Beyond Compare software (an asset).

- Quebec, Repentigny or Montreal
