The Canard Goulu is currently looking for a Meat Processing Worker. You will primarily work (Monday and Thursday) on the slaughter line and in sanitation or meat cutting (Tuesday to Friday) in a structured, supervised, and respectful environment of animal welfare, hygiene, and food safety standards.

• Your main responsibilities

Slaughterhouse

• Work on the slaughter line (Monday and Thursday only);
• Perform the required maneuvers according to the assigned position (hanging, manual operations, line support);
• Maintain a constant work pace while ensuring the quality of operations;
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the line.

Production Support

• Participate in some sanitation tasks;
• Participate in some meat cutting tasks;
• Participate in some packaging tasks;
• Clean and disinfect workstations, equipment, and production areas;
• Perform any other related tasks.

Work Environment

• Work at a temperature of approximately 4°C;

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time offered;
