About Us
The CPNM is a psychology and neuropsychology clinic located on the Plateau-Mont-Royal. We support children, adolescents, and adults in the context of psychological follow-ups and neuropsychological evaluations.
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and human person to handle client reception and the administrative coordination of the clinic. The selected person will be the first point of contact for the CPNM and will play a key role in managing calls, emails, appointments, billing, and supporting the clinical team.
Main Responsibilities
- Answer calls, emails, and incoming messages
- Welcome clients upon their arrival at the clinic
- Inform and direct clients to the appropriate services, according to established procedures
- Manage the schedules of professionals
- Handle client billing, payments, and some accounting follow-ups
- Support the management in the daily administrative coordination
- Ensure clear, professional, and reassuring communication with clients, clinicians, and partners
Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in the improvement of administrative procedures
- Support some recruitment and onboarding processes for new colleagues
- Coordinate some logistical tasks related to the smooth functioning of the clinic
- Communicate with suppliers, Jane support, or the property owner as needed
- Participate in some internal projects: group workshops, newsletters, team organization, etc.
- Desired Profile:
- *We are looking for a person who has:*
- At least 2 years of experience in administration
- Excellent written and oral French skills
- Good English communication skills
- Strong sense of organization and prioritization
- Good autonomy and ability to work effectively alone
- Judgment, discretion, and high professionalism
- Familiarity with computer tools: Gmail, Google Drive, Google Forms, Word, Excel, Asana, or similar
- Ability to interact calmly, courteously, and tactfully with sometimes anxious clients
- Experience in private clinics, healthcare, or professional services is a plus (knowledge of Jane App is a plus, but not mandatory)
Conditions
- Full-time or part-time position - 20 to 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday schedule
- On-site position
- Location: 1335B rue Mont-Royal Est, Montréal, about 7 minutes' walk from the Mont-Royal metro station
- Salary: $24 to $28/hour depending on experience
- 3-month trial period
- Start date: July 27, 2026
