We are looking for a strategic and highly analytical Financial Analyst who will be able to provide reliable and timely information and analysis to guide the company's decision-making process. You will support our IT, E-commerce, and Digital teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, monitor, validate, and prepare annual budgets and regular forecasts to track the company's performance and achievements for the departments under your responsibility;
  • Prepare and distribute various monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the departments under your responsibility;
  • Actively participate in the development of long-term financial plans (3-5 year strategic plan) and support key business initiatives for the industry under your responsibility;
  • Participate in improving processes and tools to increase the quality and reliability of reports, while reducing their preparation time;
  • Prepare profitability analyses using financial and non-financial data;
  • Prepare and present results based on analyses, key parameter trends, quantified risks, and opportunities;
  • Develop a deep understanding of key performance factors and KPIs to support the company in regularly producing reports;
  • Focus on financial models, analyses, interpretations, and recommendations that support management decision-making.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Finance, including a relevant professional designation (CPA-CA, CPA-CMA, CGA);
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent knowledge of fundamental business principles and strong financial skills;
  • Strategic reasoning and ability to lead business initiatives from start to finish, then deliver results;
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment where activities are fast-paced;
  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in a demanding environment;
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in interpreting company policies and objectives;
  • Expert-level knowledge of MS Excel;
  • Bilingual (English/French).
