Your Experience

Do you want to discover the world of talent within an international technology company? As an intern, you will contribute to the team's activities and participate in a variety of initiatives with a concrete impact. During your internship, you will have the opportunity to

• Collaborate with talent acquisition partners who will share their knowledge, best practices, and passion for recruitment.
• Discover the different stages of the recruitment process, from identifying talent to their integration.
• Discover modern talent search techniques, advanced sourcing, and strategies to approach the best candidates.
• Explore how artificial intelligence transforms recruitment and learn to use AI tools to accelerate talent search, enrich analyses, optimize communications, and support decision-making.
• Participate in innovation projects aimed at improving our tools, processes, and candidate experience.
• Contribute to university recruitment initiatives and talent attraction.
• Develop your analytical thinking by discovering how data and market trends guide talent acquisition strategies.
• Grow within a team that values curiosity, initiative, collaboration, and the joy of learning.
• Develop skills that will prepare you for the next generation of human resources professions.

Desired Profile

• Bachelor's degree student in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Interest in artificial intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn and professional social media, an asset.
• Bilingualism (French and English), an asset.

English proficiency is required for this position, as its responsibilities involve frequent oral and written exchanges with clients, partners, suppliers, or colleagues located outside Quebec.
