Your Responsibilities

In your role as a Financial Analyst Expert - Revenue Management (RGM), your daily work will be driven by stimulating challenges that allow you to fully deploy your talent. You will act as a strategic business partner to the Sales and Revenue Growth Management teams, supporting pricing strategies, business opportunities, and profitability improvement.

Your areas of action:

• Develop and evaluate pricing and profitability strategies.
• Support submission and negotiation processes by developing financial scenarios.
• Act as a business partner to the Sales and RGM teams.
• Analyze customer opportunities and recommend the best business solutions.
• Identify and implement initiatives to improve profitability.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, processes, and analyses.

Required Qualifications

You are naturally suited for the Financial Analyst Expert - Revenue Management (RGM) position if you recognize yourself:

• 7 to 10 years of experience in financial analysis and price management, along with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial modeling, and knowledge and experience with SAP (an asset).
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a constantly evolving environment.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, with a strong work ethic.
• Strong ability to collaborate with different stakeholders to optimize pricing.
• Proficiency in French and English, to communicate easily with our units and partners in Quebec, the anglophone provinces, and the United States.
