Your Responsibilities

In your role as a Supply Chain Management Controller, your daily routine will be filled with stimulating challenges that allow you to fully deploy your talent. You will be responsible for analyzing costs, identifying trends, and optimizing the financial performance of procurement activities. You will also support requests for proposals and decision-making for an annual portfolio of approximately $3.5 billion.

Your area of action:

  • Lead a team of 3 financial analysts, supporting them in their analyses, priorities, and development as true business partners.
  • Act as a strategic financial partner to Procurement leaders and teams, translating operational and commercial issues into financial impacts.
  • Actively support decision-making processes related to procurement strategies, requests for proposals, and vendor negotiations.
  • Analyze cost structures, historical trends, and financial drivers for all procurement categories (goods, services, CAPEX, OPEX, etc.).
  • Evaluate and model the financial impacts of different procurement options (scenarios, assumptions, risks, and opportunities) and formulate recommendations to optimize financial performance in the short and long term.
  • Identify, quantify, and track cost-saving opportunities, cost reductions, and financial performance improvements in close collaboration with Procurement teams.
  • Define, implement, and evolve standards, tools, and best practices in financial analysis, cost modeling, and reporting to support the continuous improvement of procurement financial processes.
  • Ensure the integrity, quality, and reliability of financial data.

Required Qualifications

You are a natural fit for the Supply Chain Management Controller position if you recognize yourself:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, administration, or related field. CPA professional designation (a plus).
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in finance as an analyst, business partner, or financial controller.
